We send out our recruiting bounties newsletter every Wednesday morning at 9:00 am EST. If your frequency is set to weekly, you’ll receive the newsletter every week. Bi-weekly users will receive the newsletter the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month, and monthly users will only receive an email the first of the month. Roles are matched with your preferences when the email is generated.

The newsletter will contain a set of Recruiting OnePagers, and each includes a button allowing you to generate a unique referral link. After reviewing the role and creating your unique referral, that link is tied to your email and all interactions (page opens, apply clicks) will be attributed to you. Be sure to send out your unique link when sharing!

When you send a colleague your unique link, we track when they open the page, click apply, or click to see more jobs. These interactions are time stamped and attributed to you. Periodically, we check in with hiring companies and compare our list of referred candidates with their list of recent hires. If a recent hire’s first interaction with the company is attributed to you, that’s a referral!

After signing up for the newsletter, you can access to your referral dashboard. Here, you can review interactions with each of your unique referral links.

We’ll reach out to you via the email tied to your referral to arrange payment once a candidate your refer accepts their role and begins work. In the past this has been a lengthy process with more than a 90 day delay between someone you refer getting hired and you getting paid, but not anymore! We'll complete the behind the scenes work and get you paid ASAP.
