Ryan Rudkin, Olympic Senior Grandmaster (15th Khan) with 30+ years in global Muaythai, is Vice Chairman of IFMA Education and a global MMA rules consultant. He led the rewrite of Olympic Muaythai rules and referee education reform and founded HeadTech, building the official digital backbone that scales officiating integrity, governance, and education across combat sports worldwide.
