Founder, Chairman & CEO
Mr. Verdun has over 40 years in the financial services industry where he advised clients on financial planning, with heavy emphasis on complex tax strategies for accredited investors. He earned a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and studied at the United States Internal University School of Law in San Diego, California.
President & COO
Sean recently joined Catalyst to provide operational, financial and executive leadership functions. He brings over 25 years of experience in global capital markets and more recently as a serial entrepreneur. Sean holds a B.S. in Economics from San Jose State University and an Executive MBA from the Daniels College of Business, University of Denver.
Head of Product
Doug has spent the last 23 years in IT and 18 years in the financial payments and prepaid/debit industry, working and partnering with several large corporate clients and other solutions companies. He has a deep level of experience in all aspects of domestic and international payment solutions, custom software development, operations, mobile payments, and sales and marketing.
Founder
Mr. Atzen brings over 50 years of experience in the financial services industry as an investment advisor, author, entrepreneur, investment strategist. For the last two decades Terry has assisted early stage companies in developing capital and growth strategies. He is a graduate of Iowa State University and has strong business relationships in Southern California, Portland, Oregon and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Huisinger has over 32 years of experience in the real estate, mortgage and investment banking industries, he has participated in all functions and phases of real estate brokerage, finance, development, secondary marketing of residential, commercial and agricultural real estate paper, as well as capital formation undertakings.
